Planning a Seven Springs Wedding Weekend
How to house your wedding party under one roof at Seven Springs — getting-ready space, rehearsal dinners, and after-parties at Mountain Haven.

If you're getting married at Seven Springs, the venue is the easy part. The harder question is where the wedding party actually stays — and where everyone gathers when the formal events are over. After hosting plenty of wedding weekends, here's how we'd plan it.
Keep the party under one roof
Splitting the bridal party across hotel rooms means coordinating shuttles, lost keys, and "where is everyone?" group texts. Mountain Haven sleeps 16+ in 4 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms, so the whole crew gets ready in one place — no convoy to the ceremony.
Map the weekend
A typical Thursday-to-Sunday looks like this:
- Thursday — arrive, settle in, low-key dinner on the deck.
- Friday — getting-ready stations across the bathrooms, rehearsal at the venue, rehearsal dinner back at the house (the kitchen is catering-friendly, and the deck seats the group).
- Saturday — the main event. The house is five minutes from the resort venue, so the morning is calm.
- Sunday — morning-after brunch by the stone fireplace before everyone heads out.
Don't forget the after-party
The reception ends; the celebration doesn't have to. The private hot tub, wet bar, and big-screen living area make Mountain Haven the natural landing spot for the night-cap crowd.
A few planning tips
- Book early. Spring, summer, and fall wedding weekends go first — often 6–9 months out.
- Loop in your planner. We're happy to share a one-pager for your coordinator.
- Think about the non-wedding hours. Golf, the resort spa, and hiking give your guests something to do between events.
