The Offsite Your Team Will Actually Look Forward To
A private 4-bedroom basecamp inside Pennsylvania’s largest four-season resort — breakouts by day, ziplines and team dinners by night, and nobody touching a steering wheel.
Why offsite here
A working retreat that runs itself
Mountain Haven puts your team on the resort property at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Pennsylvania’s largest four-season resort and one of the Laurel Highlands’ premier corporate-event addresses. Run focused breakouts in the vaulted living room and around a full dining table, then hop the free resort shuttle to 77,000+ square feet of dedicated meeting space, the zipline, and the climbing wall — or step out the door for championship golf — without anyone getting in their own car. Book the house for the working hours and let the mountain handle the team building.
The setup
Private house + a full resort, no keys needed
Book Mountain Haven as your team’s basecamp on the Seven Springs resort property. Breakouts in the vaulted living room, working lunches in the full kitchen, then hop the free resort shuttle to 77,000+ sq ft of meeting space, the zipline, or a team dinner — no rental cars, no driving, no logistics.

Everything a good offsite needs
Reliable connectivity, real space to think, activities that actually build a team, and a booking that’s easy to expense.
A workspace that doubles as a basecamp
High-speed WiFi reaches every room. The two-story vaulted living area and a full dining table seat the whole group for a working session, while a dedicated desk nook and quiet bedrooms give breakout pairs and one-on-ones somewhere to focus. For formal, AV-ready sessions, the free resort shuttle runs to the conference center in the resort core.

Leave the keys
Free resort shuttle to meetings, dinner & the slopes
Team building on the resort
Championship golf is right outside the door — the Highlands course wraps the house, so the team can walk to the first tee. A free resort shuttle reaches nearly 2,000 feet of zipline, a 24-foot climbing wall, and (in winter) skiing and snow tubing, with “golf with a shotgun” sporting clays five minutes away. Get the group out of the boardroom and onto the line without anyone arranging their own transport.
Catering-friendly kitchen
A full kitchen with everything to serve 16+ means working breakfasts and lunches happen on your schedule. Highlands Market, three minutes from the gate, handles breakfast platters, sliders, spreads, pizza, and beer and wine to stock the house.
Easy to expense, easy to book
Midweek and shoulder-season dates are the best value and the quietest time to host a productive retreat. We provide a detailed invoice and paid receipt for expense reporting — just send your billing details and any PO or company-name requirements.

Run formal, AV-ready strategy sessions in the morning and be back at Mountain Haven for an evening on the deck.

Is there dedicated meeting space on the resort?+
Yes. Seven Springs Mountain Resort offers more than 77,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and function space, including a 7,800 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom, an 11,700 sq. ft.
